Terms of Use

These terms are between you and 18314519 Canada Inc. (CBCA corporation no. 1831451-9), operating as HomeVerified (“HomeVerified”). HomeVerified sells the searches, takes payment and issues receipts and certificates. The CLORAD data is owned by Trulix and licensed to HomeVerified; you receive a result for one address per search and may not copy, compile or resell results.

1. Access is limited to licensed Canadian real estate professionals, lawyers/notaries and home inspectors verified by HomeVerified.
2. Each search is for your professional use on a single transaction. No resale, sharing of credentials, scraping, automated or bulk querying.
3. Searches, certificate verifications and account activity are logged.
4. Results report the contents of the CLORAD database as of the data date and may be incomplete. They are not a substitute for inspection, testing or municipal and police records.
5. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the search concerned.
6. Fees: as shown at checkout, per search, charged before the result is shown. Refunds at HomeVerified's discretion.
7. HomeVerified may suspend accounts for misuse or if a licence lapses.
