Grow-op history results come from the CLORAD database, owned by Trulix and licensed to HomeVerified. HomeVerified sends Trulix only the normalized address being searched and an internal reference, never your name, email or payment details. Trulix records the number of lookups for licence billing.

Retention: search history 6 months; certificates 1 year; receipts 7 years (tax law).

Data is stored in Canada (Toronto). Service providers: payment processor Square (card data is held by the processor, not HomeVerified), Google (address lookup and Street View imagery), Amazon SES (email, Canadian region). Some providers are US companies and may process data outside Canada.
